We created Greenwise because we didn’t want to compromise by choosing between our principles and our favorite dishes. By creating plant-based products that replicate the taste, texture, appearance, and nutritional value of meat and milk, we allow people to continue to enjoy familiar tastes while remaining ethical, environmentally friendly, and healthy. We have everything: from our own technologies to unique flavors. We have managed to completely replicate the fibrous structure of animal meat. Now we are working on diversifying the range so that everyone can find their favorite product in the Greenwise line. We do not just produce food products, we work every day to develop the FoodTech market. We also created a non-profit Association of Alternative Food Producers, the first in Russia. Its goal is to create an ecosystem by uniting all producers, suppliers, and developers of alternative food products to move together toward a common goal. This goal is to transform the food market into a sustainable and fair one.
