Delivery terms

Our service offers several delivery options:

• courier delivery;
• pick-up points;
• parcel lockers.

Courier delivery*

You can order the delivery with the help of a courier who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays from 9.00 to 19.00, on Fridays from 9.00 to 15.00. We do not work on Shabbat and Jewish holidays! The courier service, after the goods arrive at the warehouse, will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time and specify the address.

You open the package in front of the courier, inspect the integrity and compliance with the specified configuration. If we are talking about clothes, a fitting is acceptable. The inspection and fitting time is limited to 15 minutes. After that, you can partially or completely cancel the purchase, if it does not suit you.

For ordering dry products and non-food products (package weight up to 5 kg), delivery is free when ordering from 3000 rubles, in some cities - when ordering from 5000 rubles. 

These conditions and the cost of delivery currently do not apply to the delivery of meat and dairy products, as well as other products that require transportation in frozen or chilled form.

Pick-up points**

You can pick up the goods at one of the pick-up points. When placing an order, you can immediately specify a convenient pick-up point, where your order will arrive. A list of order pick-up points that are available for your city will appear in your shopping cart when making a purchase.

When the order arrives in your city, you will receive a notification. You just go to this point, contact the staff member and call the name of our service and the order number.

Your friend or relative, who knows the number and name for whom it is issued, can pick up the order as well.

Parcel locker***

Parcel locker is a terminal with an automated storing goods system. The convenience of using is that a person can pick up an order at any suitable time.

How to work with a parcel locker:

• at the time of placing an order on the website, you choose a convenient parcel locker, if such a system works in your city;
• a unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, which means that the product has been delivered to the parcel locker;
• you come to the parcel locker, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
• you pay for the order at the parcel locker terminal (only for those regions where post-payment is available);
• pick up the product.

The storage period of the parcel locker is 3 days, but it can be extended for another similar period. To clarify the information and extend the storage time, go to our partner's website, enter the order number and phone number and follow the prompts on the website.
