Product warranty
The warranty period is the period during which the customer, who discovered a defect in the product, has the right to demand from the seller or manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must eliminate the shortcomings, unless it is proved that they arose as a result of violations of the operating rules by the buyer.
ATTENTION: The warranty period applies only to certain categories of non-food products.
When does the warranty start?
- from the moment of the goods transfer to the consumer, if there is no specification in the contract;
- if it is not possible to set the date of purchase, then the warranty goes from the moment of manufacture;
- seasonal goods are guaranteed from the beginning of the season;
- when the order is from an online store, the warranty begins from the day of delivery.
The warranty service includes (if relevant to the product):
- elimination of product defects in the manufacturer's service center;
- exchange for a similar product without additional payment;
- exchange for a similar product with an additional payment;
- return of the goods and transfer of funds to the customer's account.

Exchange and return of products of proper quality
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 26.1 of the RF Consumer Rights Protection Act and Resolution #2463 from 31 December 2020 of the Government of the Russian Federation the seller guarantees that the customer within 7 days of purchase may return goods of adequate quality, if:
- the product is vendible and has not been put into use, it is in a package with all labels, and there are also documents for the purchase of goods (this item is not valid for food products);

the product is not included as goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange in the list approved by Resolution #55 of 19 January 1998 of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to exchange a product of proper quality for another trade offer of this product or another product that is identical in value or for another product with an additional payment or refund of the price difference.
Exchange and return of products of improper quality
If the customer finds defects in the product after its purchase, he may request a replacement from the seller. The replacement must be made within 7 days from the date of the request. If an expert examination is appointed for the compliance of the goods with the specified standards, the exchange must be made within 20 days.
Technically complex goods of inappropriate quality are replaced with goods of the same brand or with a similar product of another brand with a recalculation of the cost. The refund is made by canceling the purchase and sale agreement and returning the amount equal to the cost of the goods.
Return of funds
The refund period depends on the type of payment that the customer initially chose.
In case of cash payment, the refund is made at the cash desk no later than 10 days after the customer submits a request for a refund.
If a non-cash payment was used, the cost of the goods is credited to the customer's card immediately after receiving the request from the customer and processing the return of the goods.
When using electronic payment systems, the refund is made to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
