Bekmaya is a trademark of baker's (instant) yeast, also positioned for the preparation of strong drinks at home. The owner of the trademark is one of the largest Russian yeast producers - SAF-NEVA LLC, which is a specialized plant producing highly effective yeast strains for the baking industry and for beverage production.
In the first year of the launch of the Bekmaya brand, the manufacturer received a gold medal for quality assessment for the product in the Innovative Product 2015 competition within the framework of the All-Russian exhibition ProdExpo.
