Cold beetroot
Ingredients:

- 3 l of water,
- 3 - 4 young beets,
- 1 - 2 potatoes,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion
- lemon acid,
- salt, herbs to taste,
- cucumber,
- boiled eggs.
Put peeled beets, onions, carrots in boiling water. Cook until tender. Remove the beets and grate them on a coarse grater. In 10 minutes. add diced potatoes until the end of cooking. Before the end of cooking, add salt, herbs, grated beets and citric acid to taste. Cool, add finely chopped cucumber and half an egg to a plate when serving.
