Fried fish with marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 fish,
- 1 egg,
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil,
- 0.5 kg of carrots,
- 100 g tomato juice.
Rinse the fish, peel, gut, rinse and dry again. Cut the fish into slices 1 - 1.5 cm, for bony fish make notches on the back with a knife every 3 - 5 mm. Beat the egg with salt, dip each piece of fish in an egg, then in flour, then again in an egg, and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Serve carrot marinade for garnish. Fry carrots grated on a coarse grater in vegetable oil. Separately sauté coarsely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Then put everything together, add tomato juice and simmer until tender.
