Cold sorrel borsch
Ingredients:

- 3 l of water,
- a large bunch of sorrel,
- 1 - 2 potatoes,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion
- greens,
- salt to taste
- boiled eggs
- green onions.
Put onion and carrots in boiling water, after ten minutes, diced potatoes. At the same time sort the sorrel, rinse, cut off the stems, finely chop the leaves. When the potatoes are boiled, add salt, sorrel and herbs and boil. Refrigerate. When serving, put finely chopped green onions and half an egg on a plate.
