Pea soup

- 500 g of beef
- 250 g peas
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion
- salt,
- parsley and dill.
Preparation:
Beef with bone, preferably brisket, pour cold water, bring to a boil, remove noise, reduce heat and cook until half cooked. Then add the peeled carrots, onions and parsley. At the same time, pour the washed peas in a small saucepan with water and cook them over low heat, stirring occasionally. When the peas are tender, put them in the soup and cook for another ten minutes. Then add salt, herbs and boil. Pea soup is served with croutons made from white bread, diced and dried in the oven or fried in a pan with butter.
