Liver pate
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- 500 g beef or chicken liver,
- 6 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion
- salt,
- pepper,
- spices to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the liver, washed and cleaned of films and bile ducts, into small pieces, and peeled carrots and onions into thin slices. Fry all this until fully cooked under the lid, adding spices. Then skip everything on the combine. Put the resulting mass in a saucepan, add salt, beat with a spatula, gradually adding vegetable oil. Serve the pate as an appetizer, add boiled eggs as a side dish, or use it for sandwiches.
