- 1 onion

- 3.5 - 4 liters of water.
Preparation:
Rinse the gutted chicken, let the water drain, and then add cold water and bring to a boil. After boiling, remove the noise and cook over low heat until the chicken is half cooked, then put the peeled onion and parsley root. Salt before the end of cooking. When serving, season with boiled noodles or rice, as well as parsley and dill.
