- 0.5 kg of beef,
- 1 onion
- 1 beet
- 3 potatoes,
- 300 g cabbage
- 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato,
- 3 - 3.5 liters of water,
- herbs, salt and spices to taste.
Preparation:
Rinse the meat with bone, add water and bring to a boil. Remove noise, add peeled beets, after boiling, set a small fire and cook for 20 minutes, then put peeled onions and carrots. In 20 minutes. take out the beets and add the diced potatoes. Then cut the cabbage into the noodles and put in the borscht, cook until the potatoes are ready, then add the tomato or fresh tomatoes, then the beets grated on a coarse grater. After boiling, add salt, your favorite spices, parsley and dill and boil for another 3 minutes. Serve rye bread and garlic with borscht.
