Curd biscuits
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cottage cheese,
- 200 g butter
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 tsp of baking soda,
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg.
Soften butter, grind with cottage cheese, add soda, quenched with vinegar, flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes. Then roll a "sausage" out of it and cut it into flat cakes. Mash each cake so that it is not very thick, dip, on one side, in granulated sugar and fold in half with a sugar layer inside. Dip again and fold again to form a triangle. Dip the top of the triangle in an egg, then in sugar and put the cookies on a baking sheet. Bake over medium heat until tender.
