Oat cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 glasses of Hercules cereals,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs,
- 0.5 cups of nuts
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- lemon zest.
Grind butter with sugar and aromatic substances until white. While rubbing, gradually add eggs and oatmeal, after mixing them with flour and finely chopped toasted nuts. Stir the dough, put a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. with medium heating of the oven.
