Nut sausage
Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 2 tbsp. spoons of milk or water,
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
- 500 g cookies
- 15 walnuts,
- 1 egg,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of wine.
Dissolve the butter in a saucepan over the fire, add sugar, milk, cocoa and bring the mixture to a boil. Separately, knead the cookies, chop the nuts coarsely, mix with the cooled mass, add the egg and wine, mix. Form a sausage, wrap it in cellophane and put it in the freezer. When it hardens to keep in the refrigerator, serve cut into thin slices to the table, like sausage.
