Salad "Turtle"
Ingredients:

- 3 eggs (boiled),
- 1 can of canned fish in oil,
- 1 small onion
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 100 g of cheese
- 1 apple,
- 0.2 cups shelled nuts.
The salad is prepared on a flat plate in layers, 9 layers in total. The first layer - mash the egg whites with a fork, then a layer of chopped fish, a layer of onions soaked in boiling water and grated on a coarse grater, a layer of mayonnaise, cheese, apple, grated. Then a layer of finely crushed yolks and a layer of mayonnaise. Decorate the surface of the salad with nuts to look like a turtle shell. Lay out the prune legs and nose.
