Fish cutting
It's important to check the fish!
The Torah permits the slaughter of fish in any way, and its blood for food is not prohibited. However, it still requires verification: sometimes gelatinous mollusks are found on the fins of fish, worms are found in the gills and in the stomach of fish. All these parasites are forbidden as food for the sons of Israel, and therefore it is better to cut off the fins, throw out the gills and entrails and thoroughly rinse the fish from the inside.
